PRINT/ DIGITAL MEDIA PRICING

• Small Ad (295.00 1 color/345.00 Full color)

For broadsheet newspaper, tabs or standard magazine this includes 5 column inches or under. For yellow pages, any ad 1/8 page or less.

• Medium Ad (395.00 1 color/445.00 Full color)

For broadsheet or tabloid newspaper, this includes anything 10 column inches or under. For standard magazine, 1/3 page or under. For yellow pages, any ad 1/4 page or less.

• Large Ad (495.00 1 color/595.00 Full color)

For newspaper this includes 1/4 page (3×10.5) column inches or under, or tabloid junior page. For magazine, 1/2 page or under. For yellow pages, any ad 1/2 page or less.

• Extra Large Ad (595.00 1 color/645.00 Full color)

For newspaper this includes 1/2 to full page broadsheet, or full page tabloid.
For magazine, full page or under. For yellow pages, any unit size over 1/2 page.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional services you may need, depending on the specific requirements of your particular publication.

Copywriting Services: Add $150 for 3 hours of concept and copywriting services.

We charge $75/hr for each additional hour (sometimes required for long copy ads)

Stock Photography: Add $25 per photo (Royalty free images)

Full Color Proof - $25.00 each

Stock Images - List Price + $25 production fee per image

CD of your files - $35 per project

Shipping - $15 USPS overnight

Future Print Ad Revisions - $75 minimum, $50/hr

TERMS OF SERVICE

Billing: We require a deposit of 50% of the project estimate prior to beginning work. Please note that we cannot begin work until we've received your deposit. Minimum deposit is $150 required for jobs totalling less than $300. Balance due upon final approval of your project and prior to our releasing the final files to you or the publication.

Kill Fee: A kill fee of 50% of the project estimate (equal to your deposit paid) will be charged on all projects cancelled once work has begun.

Written Estimates: Prior to beginning work, WWW will provide you with a written project estimate. All fees and costs are estimated and valid for 30 days. Changes in the scope of work and/or project specifications may require a revision to the original quote. Any revision of this quote must be approved in advance by both parties, and will be reflected in the final invoice.

Turnaround: Standard turnaround for initial advertising concepts or designs is 3-5 business days from client approval of quote (payment of deposit) unless notified otherwise in advance. Actual turnaround depends on scope of project and current workload. Upon approval, WWW will provide a specific date when you can expect to receive initial desing concepts.

Final delivery is dependent on client turnarounds and final approvals. We recommend that you provide a minimum of 5 business days prior to your materials deadline in order to avoid publication imposed late material receipt charges.
